San Marino Cup 2019

The 2020 San Marino Cup is the largest youth soccer tournament for boys and girls in Italy and boasts over 100 Teams from 18 Countries with more than 3000 participants. San Marino Cup matches will be played on 12 grass and AstroTurf fields in the Rimini Riviera and the San Marino Republic.

Age Classes

The following player age groups are invited to participate in the San Marino Cup:

Boys 11v11:
B17-18 – boys born on or after 1/1/00
B15-16 – boys born on or after 1/1/02
B13-14 – boys born on or after 1/1/04
B11-12 – boys born on or after 1/1/06

Girls 11v11:
G15-18 – girls born on or after 1/1/00
G13-14 – girls born on or after 1/1/04
G10-12 – girls born on or after 1/1/06

Experience San Marino and the Rimini Riviera

San Marino, a microstate within Italy, is rich in heritage and culture. Known for its medieval walled old town and narrow cobblestone streets, the historic city features The Three Towers, castlelike citadels dating to the 11th century, world-famous music and unique cuisine. Nearby, you can visit the beautiful Rimini Riviera with it’s beautiful beaches, ancient Roman ruins, restaurants and shopping.

San Marino Cup - Sample Itinerary

DAY 1:
Flight from the United States to Venice, Italy

DAY 2:
Your 24-hour Tour Director will meet your team at the airport, followed by a bus ride via private coach to your team hotel. Welcome meeting and orientation, followed by free time to explore Venice, your team will also get to take a guided tour of the Accademia, your team will have dinner at the hotel.

DAY 3:
Travel from Venice to San Marino where your team will complete and play in the San Marino Cup. After your team has arrived you will head to the tournament headquarters for check-in.

DAY 4:
Your team will participate in the Opening Ceremony and being playing qualification games. When your team is not playing in scheduled games there will be free time to explore the surrounding area.

DAY 5:
San Marino Cup games will continue based on your team’s schedule. There will be free time to soak up the tournament atmosphere and watch other teams compete or enjoy the tournaments social activities.

DAY 6:
Your team will continue to compete in the San Marino Cup followed by dinner at the hotel. Your team will have free time to explore the surrounding area.

DAY 7:
Your team will either play or watch the San Marino Cup quarterfinals and semifinals. During the evening there will be a tournament disco where your team can socialize with other teams competing.

DAY 8:
Your team will either play or watch the finals of the San Marino Cup. After the final games, there will be a prize-giving ceremony with medals and trophies for the winners of each category.

DAY 9:
Depart from Venice or Florence, Italy and return to the United States.
